PRODUCTS
I use only professional high quality products from established and trustworthy brands. Each product is carefully selected for its quality and suitability to each individual client.
I have cruelty free and vegan friendly makeup in my professional kit too.
Prior to any make up application I will consult with you regarding your skin type and any history of allergic reactions to cosmetic products you may have experienced in the past.
I will work with you and advise you on the suitability of products and what to avoid.
BOOKINGS
For peak season, and at Sasha’s discretion, there is a minimum required spend of £460, excluding travel charges. This equates to a booking for the Bride plus at least 2 others for makeup.
The maximum number of people for a booking is generally 5, including the bride. However we work alongside some amazing makeup artists so would be happy to source and book you a 2nd artist (subject to availability) under the same booking. There would be an additional makeup artist fee of £100 applied to your booking, plus any necessary travel charges for the 2nd artist.
For a change in location on the wedding day, a £25 relocation fee applies (plus additional travel charges if applicable). Please note that a change of location requires an additional 30 mins factored into the timing schedule, to allow time to pack away the makeup kit and set up again in the 2nd location. Travel time, if applicable, is on top of 30mins.
DEPOSITS
Please note a booking is not secure until the deposit has been sent and we have confirmed receipt. Therefore please always email to notify us when a deposit has been paid.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your wedding booking, and will be deducted from your final balance.
Makeup Lesson bookings require a £50 deposit.
Full payment is required upfront for Event/Special Occasion Makeup Bookings.
PAYMENTS
Payments are to be made via Bank Transfer.
The final balance of your booking is due one month ahead of the event date for weddings, and one week ahead of the event date for a makeup lesson.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT
The client shall inform Sasha of any issues that may affect the use of products or equipment. This would include sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions.
The client shall inform Sasha of any subsequent reactions following a trial, so the necessary amendments can be made before the event.
The client must also adhere to all government guidelines in self care and to those around them regarding the Coronavirus.
RESPONSIBILITY OF SASHA
Sasha is responsible for arriving at the agreed time at the agreed venue specified by the client, within good time.
Sasha is responsible for the provision of all products and tools needed unless stated otherwise.
Sasha is only responsible for providing the pre-agreed services, as detailed in the booking form. Any additional requirements must be arranged and paid for prior to the event. In the event that additional services are added on the day, a revised booking form will be sent following the event and any additional balance requested.
Sasha will adhere to all government guidelines regarding the Coronavirus. Health and safety, work protocol and hygiene is paramount in this line of work, which is taken very seriously.
BRIDAL PREVIEWS (TRIAL)
Ideally a trial will take place around 8-10 weeks before the event date.
The £150 trial fee is payable by cash or bank transfer at the time of the trial.
Cancellations of trials within 24hours notice will still be charged at the agreed rate.
Unless otherwise arranged, trials are held at Sasha’s home studio (WR4 0NL) and appointments are available primarily on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10am (although 1pm may also be available).
To ensure we can focus entirely on bringing your vision to life and creating the perfect look for your big day, we would kindly recommend that you attend your trial alone. The studio space is cosy and small, and having additional company present can sometimes create distractions that may hinder the ability to fully concentrate on achieving your desired look.
Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority, and by having a one-on-one session, Sasha can dedicate her undivided attention to you, ensuring every detail is perfected to your liking.
Trial appointments can last between 1.5hrs and 3.5hrs. For this reason, and due to travel/logistics, our professional recommendation is that your makeup and hair trial appointments are scheduled for different days.
By scheduling these trials on separate days, we can ensure that you have ample time to focus on each aspect individually, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. This approach allows Sasha to fully dedicate her attention to perfecting your makeup without any time constraints, ultimately ensuring that you are content and happy with the results.
If you have specific requirements surrounding your makeup trial, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate. Please bear in mind that Thursday to Sunday are peak wedding days so Sasha is unable to hold trials across these days unless pre-agreed.
Please wear a white/ivory top or blouse to your trial and if possible, please wear the makeup you would do for an event so I can see ‘you’ made up in your way.
During your trial, I will work with you to create the perfect look for your wedding day, getting the best out of products you know and love or introducing new ideas and techniques to enhance your look.
We will also discuss your wedding in detail, as this will help me build up an idea of how you want to look on your big day, and how I will create your desired look.
Please bring along photos or ideas of makeup looks that you like.
We will take into account what you normally do with your make-up as it’s important to look like an enhanced version of yourself on your wedding day, not a completely different person.
It is not essential for bridal party members to have a trial. However, if they are unsure and would like a practice run because of skin concerns etc, then it’s a good option as it reassures them and is a lovely luxury experience too! Bridal party trials are £80 per person and can last between 1.5hrs and 2hrs.
LASHES, LASH LIFTS (LVL) AND LASH EXTENSIONS
I recommend coming to your appointment without any of the above – Just your normal day makeup on.
I use cluster lashes a lot of the time, as they add natural definition and can look great when the right length is applied, and nestled in between mascara they can look really natural and show up on professional photography.
After your appointment you can decide which option you would like to go for on your wedding day.
ON THE DAY
I love the energy of preparing for a wedding but all that excitement can be stressful and that’s not what you’ll want for your big day. Your make-up will be one thing you don’t need to worry about.
All the details of the location, your individual look and any products you will need, will all have been taken care of at your trial.
Depending on the time of your ceremony, I will give plenty of time to set up and complete the bridal party, leaving time for getting ready and pictures. The bride’s make-up will generally take around 1 hour 30 minutes and 45 minutes for each member of the bridal party.
I will also organise time to make sure you have at least an hour after hair and make-up to enjoy your time, get into your dress and get photographs taken.
I am always on hand to help with any last minute jobs that need doing, whether it’s to help get into your dress, or to top up lips.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Travel is charged at £1 pence per mile (round trip) from Sasha’s home address (WR4 0NL).
Any Parking and Toll expenses will also be charged to the Client. This may be invoiced after the wedding date if Parking fees were not known of in advance.
Destination weddings or overnight stays within the UK will be arranged on an individual basis.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking the following cancellation policies apply:
- The event date is within 16 weeks – your deposit will be retained but you will not be liable for any further payments.
- The event date is within 10 and 16 weeks – your deposit will be retained and we will require 50% of your full outstanding balance.
- The event date is within 10 weeks – your deposit will be retained and we will require 100% of your full outstanding balance.
All cancellations must be received in writing by letter or email.
Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and without liability. In this eventuality we will offer clients alternative options, credit notes or a full refund.
INSURANCE
Due to the recent global situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) I ask that if you, or anyone you have been in recent contact with, has developed any of the symptoms as described on the NHS website (www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) you inform us before attending an appointment.
I will do my best to rearrange your trial within two weeks.
Please rest assured that I always adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, both personally and in terms of the makeup brushes, products and tools I use.

PRIVACY POLICY
Records of clients are stored securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
By financially securing your booking with a non-refundable deposit, you are entering into an agreement to honour the above Terms and Conditions of Business.
Any photos taken at any point during the booking may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise.
